During our recent webinar, we identified that winning businesses follow similar patterns during times of crisis including increasing communications as much as 10 times and expanding existing relationships. Our clients are modeling that behavior not only communicating 10x but developing new ideas along the way.

ARORA (Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency) realized now would be the perfect time to launch its new podcast series, RadiEight, a series devoted to sharing donor/recipients’ personal stories of donation and underscoring the importance of organ, tissue and eye donation registration. Even in these challenging times, together with ARORA, Thoma produced a top-quality podcast with professional voice-over talent and music, an announcer and featured guest, while social distancing. RadiEight launched on April 30th.

CALS, Central Arkansas Library System, continues to be an anchor of support to the community during COVID — providing countless meals and continuing its events virtually.  We produced a 30-second and 15-second video that highlighted the work the system is doing and reinforced the value CALS brings to the community every day. The video was distributed through social channels, the local broadcast stations and over-the-top media channels.  You can watch the video here.

FNBC, a local community bank in North Arkansas, recognized its employees have been working exceptionally hard during this time to deliver the best service and new additional offerings to their customers. FNBC, which has a strong, established internal brand culture and recognition program, acknowledged every one of its employees during the month of April by naming them all Employees of the Month. FNBC went a step further and mailed a personal care package to each team member’s home with a message of appreciation to all employees to say thank you and personally remind them how important they are to the bank.

These are just  a few examples of our clients using these uncertain times as an opportunity to strengthen their brands, introduce new communication vehicles and continue to build internal culture.
