The Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas asked Thoma to help it create a new brand identity that better defined what it did and also allowed the nonprofit to escape the name clutter caused by the many historic and preservation organizations in the state. Having a name that is similar to other organizations and not having the budget for heavy exposure has made it hard for the HPAA to stand out and build brand recognition. Our first work for the HPAA included a name change and a new logo design.
Following the development of a new name and logo, Thoma redesigned the logos for Preserve Arkansas’ annual events to fit under the nonprofit’s new identity.
