The Athletic Clubs have grown to include four health clubs in the metropolitan Little Rock area. Despite being the market leader, the club leadership recognized the need to focus their marketing to remain on top in this increasingly competitive sector. Thoma managed an extensive research project, which helped crystalize the club’s competitive advantages. Armed with this insight, Thoma revamped the club’s visual identity, created four new websites to serve their membership, and launched a multi-media campaign to drive sales.
