Here are Thoma’s favorite cocktails that frequent T3, or Thoma Thirsty Thursdays. It’s a monthly event that’s an integral part of our company culture which allows our staff to step away from their desks and hang out together with a nice drink and maybe a cheese plate or two.

Pink Beer Punch
You will need:
- 6 pack of beer
- 1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- Vodka
- Serves 8-10
Directions:
- Leave your lemonade sitting out for a bit before mixing up this drink. If it’s a little defrosted, it will stir in easier.
- Fill your punch bowl or drink jar with ice, pour in the beers, add the lemonade concentrate and stir.
- Fill the empty lemonade can with vodka, stir in and enjoy!

Black Rose
You will need:
- 1 pint fresh blackberries, plus 12 extra berries for garnish
- 5 ounces simple syrup, chilled
- 1 750 ml bottle dry rose wine, chilled
- 9 ounces vodka, chilled
- 6 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 9 medium limes), chilled
- 12 thinly sliced lime wheels for garnish
- Serves 8-10
Directions:
- Place the pint of blackberries and simple syrup in a large pitcher and muddle until the fruit is crushed and juicy but not completely pulverized, for about 1 minute.
- Add the wine, vodka, and lime juice and stir to combine.
- Place a fine-mesh strainer over a punch bowl and strain the mixture into the bowl, discarding the solids.
- Place a large block of ice in the punch and serve in wineglasses filled with ice.
- Garnish each drink with a blackberry and a lime wheel.

Sex on the Beach
You will need:
- 3 3/4 cups (30 ounces) cranberry juice
- 3 3/4 cups (30 ounces) fresh orange, grapefruit, or pineapple juice
- 1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) vodka
- 1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) peach schnapps
- 10 maraschino cherries with stems, for garnish
- Makes 10 8-ounce servings
Directions:
- Measure the ingredients. Pour the ingredients (except for the garnish) into a pitcher that can hold 90 ounces.
- Stir the ingredients. Ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.
- Refrigerate the pitcher. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This drink can also be served immediately.

You will need:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries for garnish
- 2 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
- 2 cups seltzer
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, plus 4 wedges for garnish
- 6 ounce(s) (3/4 cup) vodka
- Yields: 4 servings, Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins, Prep Time: 10 min
Directions:
- If using fresh raspberries, freeze them in a single layer for about 1 hour (or overnight) before proceeding with Step 2.
- Combine cranberry-raspberry juice, seltzer, lime juice, and vodka in a pitcher. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with frozen raspberries and lime wedges.

- Slowly add champagne. Serve over ice.
