LITTLE ROCK ATHLETIC CLUB REACHES HIGHEST NEW MEMBER ENROLLMENT IN 25-YEAR HISTORY

Faced with growing competition from national chains, a fragmented marketplace and under new ownership, Little Rock Athletic Clubs turned to Thoma.

We worked with management and key club personnel, as well as members and prospects, to understand the unique attributes of the Clubs and their place in the consciousness of the region.

These insights served as the foundation for a brand relaunch that was rolled out at all four locations. The campaign, which included print advertising, outdoor advertising, direct mail, public relations and a complete rebuild of all four websites, has proven invaluable to the organization. Aside from the industry awards and accolades, the greatest validation is that the client posted their best December/January sales figures in company history.
